Refund & Cancellation Policy
Everything is baked to order, so cancellation windows are tight.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Within 24 hours, ingredient costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders
Custom cakes and hampers cannot be cancelled once baking has started, as the design is made specifically for you.
Damaged or wrong items
Send us photos on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
